Shipley Energy announced the book acquisition of Ohio-based retail supplier and broker, Lykins Energy Solutions and Lykins Energy Advisors, effective January 15, 2021.

Lykins Energy Solutions provides residential, commercial, and industrial supply to end users in Ohio, while Lykins Energy Advisors provides broker and consulting services to commercial and industrial consumers.

"Lykins Energy Advisors is also uniquely positioned to provide consulting for substations, transmission services, and new electricity project implementations," Shipley said

Jeff Lykins President and CEO of Lykins Energy Solutions said, "The Strategic plan to divest the electricity side of our business was made after careful consideration of what was best for our clients and employees.
