Nstar (Eversource Energy) has filed basic service electric rates with the Massachusetts DPU for its Eastern MA service area for the period beginning July 1, 2021

All rates in this story include the existing Basic Service Adders and Renewable Portfolio Standard, Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard, Clean Energy Standard, and Clean Peak Standard Adders

For Nstar East residential customers, the fixed July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 basic service rate as filed is 10.753¢/kWh, which is 9% lower than the current rate of 11.795¢/kWh

For Nstar East small C&I customers, the fixed July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 basic service rate as filed is 9.850¢/kWh, which is 11% lower than the current rate of 11.086¢/kWh
