Retail Energy Supplier Partners With Rodan Energy To Offer Demand Response In New York, Adds To Suite Of Energy Services

Rodan Energy Solutions USA announced a new partnership with NOCO, a New York-based retail energy supplier (ESCO), which is, "designed to identify enhanced energy savings for NOCO customers in Western and Central New York State."

"At the intersection of energy supply and energy savings, the joint NOCO-Rodan team will provide full-service supply and demand-side services along with a new demand response offering designed to provide energy savings to NOCO customers," the companies said

Rodan's services, which include demand response, peak tracking and avoidance, and the optimization of distributed energy resources, will provide New York State businesses with multiple revenue streams created through demand response program stacking, the companies said

"Focusing on Western and Central New York, the partnership will enhance NOCO's full-service energy offering by adding demand response to their existing portfolio of wholesale electric and natural gas services, distributed energy resource design and installation, LED lighting retrofit, utility bill management, and fuel services," the companies said

"Rodan representatives will work with NOCO's electric and sustainability divisions to promote and enroll commercial customers in demand response. NOCO will automate the process of demand-size market monitoring and enhanced forecasting by utilizing Rodan's next-generation technology," the companies said

"A demand response program such as this has never existed in New York State. So, we are launching an aggressive campaign to identify customers, identify savings values, and enroll customers as soon as possible," said John Carroll, Managing Director of US Operations for Rodan Energy Solutions USA.
