MP2 Energy, which is a unit of Shell Energy North America, recently acquired a Texas retail electric customer book from ATG Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. (ATG), which also operated under the trade names Green Energy Exchange, ATG Clean Energy, Green Direct and Texas Power Outlet.

With no active customers, ATG Clean Energy Holdings has filed to relinquish its Texas REP certificate

MP2 accepted existing rates and terms for the acquired ATG customers
