Texas Retail Provider Files To Use SmarTricity As Trade Name

Young Energy has used SmarTricity as a product name offered by its brand Payless Power
Young Energy would delete the trade name Neo Electricity from its certificate under the filing
Young Energy is also maintaining its previously reported request to add the trade name Cost Plus Power to the certificate. Young Energy would delete the trade name Paga Menos from the certificate
Young Energy's certificate would retain the trade names Payless Power, Uno Energy, and Mio Electric
