New York ESCO Ceases Serving Customers

Entergy Solutions LLC informed the New York PSC that its contracts for the sale of
electricity in New York have terminated by their own terms.
Entergy Solutions LLC is not currently providing energy
service company ("ESCO") services in New York and will not engage in these services in New
York in the future, the company said in a filing
As such, Entergy Solutions filed to terminate its energy service company
("ESCO") eligibility status in New York State.
