Apex Clean Energy Retail is a unit of Apex Clean Energy, a clean energy company that develops, constructs, and operates utility-scale wind and solar power facilities throughout North America
Among other services, Apex Clean Energy offers virtual PPAs and supplies renewable power to Fort Hood outside of Killeen, Texas -- the latter through a non-affiliate selected REP.
In the REP application, Apex Clean Energy Retail did not seek authority to collect deposits or advance payments from customers
