The Texas PUC approved an amendment to the retail electric provider certificate of Young Energy, LLC to add the assumed names Cost Plus Power and SmarTricity to Young Energy's REP certificate
Young Energy has used SmarTricity as a product name offered by its brand Payless Power
As part of the amendment, Young Energy deleted the assumed names Paga Menos and Neo Electricity from its REP certificate
