PJM issued a market notice on September 17 stating, "Please be advised that Powervine Energy, LLC and Great American Power, LLC defaulted on their obligations on September 15, 2021. Shortly after the payment was due, Powervine Energy, LLC and Great American Power, LLC remediated their defaults."
"There was no impact to service and no additional action is required at this time," PJM said in the market notices
Powervine Energy provided the following statement to EnergyChoiceMatters.com concerning the matter:
"Powervine Energy, LLC missed the 4:00pm EST collateral call deadline with PJM due to a clerical error, but the error was remedied very shortly thereafter and its collateral obligations have been met."
