Generating Units In ERCOT To Return To Year-Round Service Status From Seasonal Mothballing

ERCOT issued a market notice stating that, on September 22, 2021, ERCOT received Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation forms (NCGRDs) for the following Generation Resources:
• City of Garland (RE) - SPNCER_SPNCE_4
• City of Garland (RE) - SPNCER_SPNCE_5
The NCGRDs state that these Generation Resources, which are currently under a seasonal mothball status, will change their Generation Resource designation to operational (i.e., return to year round service) as of October 11, 2021.
