Mobile, Modular Power Provider Registers As Power Marketer In Texas

Mesa Natural Gas Solutions, LLC filed a registration with the Texas PUC as a power marketer to purchase and sell electric energy at wholesale within the ERCOT power region.
Mesa Natural Gas Solutions, LLC is wholly owned by MNGS Intermediate Holdco, LLC. MNGS Intermediate Holdco, LLC is substantially owned by MNGS Holdings, LLC, which is indirectly owned by BP Natural Gas Opportunity Partners, L.P.
"Mesa Natural Gas Solutions, LLC is a power solutions company. The company earns revenues predominantly from providing flared gas mitigation, emissions reduction, and power services to customers in the North American oil and gas fields primarily through the manufacture, sale, leasing, and servicing of natural gas-powered electric generators," Mesa said in its registration
Mesa Natural Gas Solutions, LLC currently owns various distributed generation facilities across the ERCOT power market for its clients and customers.
Mesa specializes in the manufacturing, sales, leasing and operations of natural gas and liquid propane-powered mobile and stationary generator sets.
