Retail Supplier Defaults At PJM, Remedies Default

PJM on October 28 issued a market notice stating, "Please be advised that Switch Energy, LLC defaulted on their collateral obligations on October 27, 2021 and remedied the default on October 28, 2021."
"Pursuant to the provisions of the Tariff, section 7.3 and OA, section 15.1.5, PJM is obligated to notify the Members of the default," PJM stated in the market notice
