Source Power Company has closed on the purchase of a book of electricity supply customers in the Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid service territory in New York

Source Power Company acquired the customer book in the NiMo service area from Renaissance Power & Gas, Inc.

Source Power Company said that the book represents the entirety of Renaissance Power & Gas' electric customers in the Niagara Mohawk service area

Vincent Palmieri, Chief Operating Officer at Source Power Company, said of the book acquisition, "We are excited to announce the first of multiple planned transactions to acquire customer books, designed to showcase our unique hybrid energy product that will provide access to community solar for our new electric supply customers. We see this transaction as a milestone in our efforts to democratize the many benefits of renewable energy and programs like community solar and remote crediting with our new hybrid product."

Source will honor the contract terms and conditions of the acquired customers
