Retail Supplier Names New COO

Via Renewables, Inc. (the "Company" and f/k/a Spark Energy) appointed Paul Konikowski as Chief Operating Officer.
Konikowski previously served as Senior Vice President of National Gas and Electric ("NG&E"), an affiliated company, which is owned and controlled by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, a position he had held since April 2015.
Prior to NG&E, Konikowski served as Chief Operating Officer of Glacial Energy. Prior to Glacial Energy, Konikowski served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Spark Energy, Inc.
Konikowski also held positions in IT and customer operations at MXenergy and Shell Energy Services
