Retail Supplier Names New CFO

Via Renewables, Inc. (the "Company" and f/k/a Spark Energy) recently named Mike Barajas as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 4, 2021
Barajas had been serving as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Via Renewables, and previously served as Director of Finance & Investor Relations at Via and Spark Energy
Prior to joining Spark Energy, Barajas served as director of accounting and reporting for NuDevco from April 2017 to September 2019, and as assistant controller from July 2015 to April 2017. Barajas also held various accounting or finance roles at National Gas & Electric and Spark Energy, and is a nearly 10-year veteran of the retail energy industry
In a 10-Q, Via noted that, "On November 2, 2021, the Company was notified by James G. Jones II of his intent to retire as Chief Financial Officer, effective as of November 4, 2021."
