Large Industrial Customer Again Seeks Customer Choice Pilot At SWEPCO

In the Texas PUC's recently opened generic project (52760) housing stakeholder views on customer choice in non-ERCOT areas, East Texas Salt Water Disposal Company again proposed the Commission renew the retail electric competition pilot project in the service area of the Southwestern Electric Power Company (SWEPCO)
