Update: Pilot Power Group Officially Announces Acquisition Of Retail Energy Broker

Boyne Capital Partners (Boyne), a private equity firm, officially announced that its portfolio company, Pilot Power Group (Pilot) has acquired Trebel Energy (Trebel or the Company), a provider of electricity and natural gas procurement services to municipal aggregation (CCA) and commercial clients in Ohio.
