Source Power Company Selected By Energy Provider For Community Solar Customer Acquisition and Management Services

Retail supplier and community solar provider Source Power Company and NJR Clean Energy Ventures (CEV), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources, announced an agreement for Source Power to provide customer acquisition and management services for a new community solar project called Maybrook Road in the Central Hudson utility service territory in New York.
The 7.5-megawatt (MW) community solar project, the second between CEV and Source Power Company announced in 2021, will provide service to approximately 1,000 customers consisting of homeowners, renters, and businesses in the Central Hudson area
Source said that project subscribers receive benefits from the first day of enrollment, as opposed to waiting for the project's commercial operation date.
