Retail Supplier Consolidated Edison Energy Seeks To Serve Customers In New Service Area

Consolidated Edison Energy, Inc. applied for an amended Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to serve large commercial customers (6,000 Mcf or more annually), and specifically to provide service to electric generation facilities, at UGI Utilities
"Applicant does not intend to actively market natural gas supply services in
Pennsylvania. Rather Applicant is seeking an amendment to its existing NGS license (to the
extent required) to provide natural gas supplies to an electric generation facility with which
Applicant has an existing business relationship," Consolidated Edison Energy stated in its application
Consolidated Edison Energy is currently authorized to serve such customers at Columbia Gas
