continue the broker business Daybreak Energy LLC that was originally started by Thomas McCune, who passed away in November 2021. The application indicated that Energia Power's officers listed above are relatives of McCune
Energia Power stated in its application that, "Since the death of Thomas McCune, all customer renewals have been under Daybreak Energy
and its PUCO certification. Once certified, we will transition new and renewed customer
contracts and suppliers over to Energia Power LLC."
