Oncor issued a market notice stating, "In anticipation of extreme inclement weather, Oncor will unexecute DNP orders received for Thursday, February 3, 2022 and Friday, February 4, 2022 under Force Majeure using the weather moratorium code (V001)."

"Extreme inclement weather resulting in icy conditions is anticipated to move through the Oncor service territory later today through Friday. Field resources will need to be available to assess damage and restore power as safely and quickly as possible should these conditions cause power outages. To ensure all field resources are available for potential storm restoration activities, Oncor will unexecute DNP orders received for Thursday, February 3, 2022 and Friday, February 4, 2022 under Force Majeure using the weather moratorium code (V001)," the notice stated

AEP Texas also said in a market notice that it will unexecute disconnect for non-pay ("DNP") orders for AEP Texas North for February 3-4, 2022. DNPs for affected areas are to begin being worked February 7 unless the winter advisory is extended

AEP Texas said in a market notice that, "Extreme inclement weather resulting in icy conditions is anticipated to move through the AEP Texas - North service territory later today through Friday. Field resources will need to be available to assess damage and restore power as safely and quickly as possible should these conditions cause power outages. To ensure all field resources are available for potential storm restoration activities, AEP Texas will unexecute DNP orders received for Thursday, February 3, 2022 and Friday, February 4, 2022. AEP Texas will resume working disconnect for non-pay orders in these counties on the date specified in the attached table unless the Winter Advisory is extended."

AEP Texas said that DNP transactions will be cancelled that have requests dates during the weather moratorium period. Due to DNP transactions being cancelled during the weather moratorium period, REPs will be required to resend the DNP transactions.

Separately, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric issued a market notice stating that, in accordance with the final order in PUCT Dkt. 51972, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC will host an informational Market Call on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, 10:00 AM CST-10:30 AM CST, to review updates to its system and the new processes that are in effect for the handling of disconnection for non-payment requests received during a weather moratorium.
