RPower LLC applied for an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate

Tim Carter serves as Sr. Vice President of Market Research and Development at RPower LLC. Carter previously served as Vice President, Demand Response at MP2 Energy and previously held various roles at Constellation NewEnergy

Josh Weiser serves as CFO of RPower LLC. Weiser previously served as Vice President Finance & Accounting at MP2 Energy

Terry Dodson serves as CTO at RPower LLC. Dodson previously served as SVP Project Development at MP2 Energy

In the REP application, RPower applied for the option of collecting deposits or advance payments from customers
