Texas Retail Provider Reports Change In Leadership

Pulse Power, LLC, which was acquired by a Shell Energy subsidiary last year, filed at the Texas PUC for an amendment to its REP certificate to reflect several leadership changes

In the filing, Pulse stated that, effective April 8,2022, Victor Howard, Chief Marketing Officer of MP2 Energy Texas LLC d/b/a Shell Energy Solutions (an affiliate of Pulse) replaced Robert Cantrell as the President of Pulse Power, LLC.

Victor Howard will continue to serve as Chief Marketing Officer for both companies.

In the filing, Pulse stated that, effective April 15, 2022, Andrew Few, VP of Retail Operations for Shell Energy Solutions, replaced Marta Odom as the VP of Retail Operations for Pulse Power, LLC.
