Dominion Reports Sale Price For Sale Of Remaining Interest In Retail Supplier JV

In a 10-Q, Dominion reported the sale price for its remaining interest in Wrangler Retail Gas Holdings, LLC, a partnership between Dominion Energy (through March 2022) and Interstate Gas Supply, Inc.

Last month, EnergyChoiceMatters.com exclusively first reported that Dominion had sold all of its interests in Wrangler and no longer owned any part of retail supplier Dominion Energy Solutions. Prior to this recent sale, Dominion held a 15% noncontrolling partnership interest in Wrangler

In a 10-Q, Dominion said, "In March 2022, Dominion Energy sold its remaining 15% noncontrolling partnership interest in Wrangler to Interstate Gas Supply, Inc. for cash consideration of $85 million. Dominion Energy recognized a gain of $11 million ($8 million after-tax), included in other income, in its Consolidated Statements of Income for the three months ended March 31, 2022."
