Texas Transmission Owner Reports New Competitive Affiliate

Cross Texas Transmission, LLC filed a notice with the Texas PUC concerning the creation of a "competitive affiliate" within the meaning of Cross Texas's Code of Conduct.

Specifically, Cross Texas Transmission reported that Rev Renewables, LLC is now a competitive affiliate of Cross Texas, as that term is defined in the Code of Conduct

Although Rev Renewables, LLC was launched last summer by LS Power, the Code of Conduct specifically defines a competitive affiliate to mean an affiliate of Cross Texas that provides services or sells products in a competitive energy-related market, "in the State of Texas..."

As such, the new disclosure of Rev Renewables, LLC's status as a competitive affiliate at this time is noteworthy as it indicates that the company will now provide services in a competitive energy-related market in the State of Texas.

At its launch, Rev Renewables, LLC was described as engaging in the development, acquisition and operation of energy storage and renewable projects, bringing together the storage and renewable assets of parent company LS Power
