The Pennsylvania PUC approved a PECO electricity tariff to implement an additional 0.1% purchase of receivables discount (POR), in addition to the existing POR discount, to recover all implementation costs to facilitate Standard Offer Program (SOP) web-enrollment

The recovery of such costs via a POR discount had been previously approved by the PUC, but the specific discount rate had not been set
