The Texas PUC granted MI Texas REP 1, LLC an amended Texas retail electric provider certificate to add the trade names "Flagship Power" and "Juice", as well as "Mothership", to the certificate

As exclusively first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, it is anticipated that the Flagship Power and Juice brands will be operated under MI Texas REP 1, LLC's white label REP service, with the entity Flagship Power Services, LLC operating the retail brands.

As previously reported, Flagship Power Services, LLC is part of Utility Rescue Holdings, whose leadership includes several Texas retail market vets, including Rob Cantrell and Phillip Wills
