The Texas PUC granted RPower LLC an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate

RPower also offers to run the generator at various times throughout the year to help customers avoid price spikes and delivery charges (4CP pricing).

Jeff Starcher serves as CEO of RPower LLC. Starcher previously served as Chairman & CEO of MP2 Energy. Prior to MP2, Starcher co-founded MPower Energy

Javier Vega serves as President-Retail of RPower LLC. Vega previously founded and served as CEO of Amigo Energy. Vega also previously led retail electric provider Mission Power, and served as Executive Vice President at Acclaim Energy

Tim Carter serves as Sr. Vice President of Market Research and Development at RPower LLC. Carter previously served as Vice President, Demand Response at MP2 Energy and previously held various roles at Constellation NewEnergy

Josh Weiser serves as CFO of RPower LLC. Weiser previously served as Vice President Finance & Accounting at MP2 Energy

Terry Dodson serves as CTO at RPower LLC (as stated in its initial REP application). Dodson previously served as SVP Project Development at MP2 Energy

Nash Whitney recently joined RPower LLC ·as Chief Commercial Officer. Whitney previously served as Director of Sales at Generac (which acquired Enbala) and held business development roles there as well.

RPower received authority for the option of collecting deposits or advance payments from customers
