"ONXY Electric Energy Limited Libility [sic] Company" applied for an Option 2 retail electric provider certificate, which would authorize it to serve customers 1 MW and larger who provide an affidavit agreeing to such service

An entity named ONXY Electric Energy Limited Liability Company is currently registered as a Texas electric broker. Based on its Texas Secretary of State filing number and Tax ID, as well as sharing representatives and contact information, it is believed that the broker and REP entities are the same company (and that the REP name reflects a scrivener's error)

Joyce Ann Smith and Kendle Joyel Smith serve as member-managers of ONXY Electric Energy Limited Libility [sic] Company

ONXY Electric Energy Limited Libility [sic] Company included with its application a customer affidavit from Joyce Ann Smith stating that "Onxy Energy" has contracted with the Applicant for the provision of one megawatt or more of capacity of retail electric service. The affidavit also included the term "self" in describing the Applicant's customer

The web domain of ONXY Electric Energy Limited Libility [sic] Company as listed in its REP application is currently used to broker service for Payless Power (Young Energy)
