TXU Energy has filed at the Texas PUC to be designated as a volunteer POLR (VREP), for the 2023-2024 Provider of Last Resort term, for a confidentially filed number of electric service identifiers (ESI IDs) in each of the customer classes and TDU service areas identified in TXU's confidential submission

As of publication time, TXU is the only REP thus far to seek VREP status in a public filing
