AmeriPower, LLC filed at the Texas PUC to relinquish its retail electric provider certificate.

"AmeriPower does not currently have any customers and is not actively enrolling new customers," AmeriPower stated

"All AmeriPower customers were transferred to TXU Energy on January 7, 2022, and no customers have been serviced since that date," AmeriPower stated
