HiVolt Energy Texas, LLC applied for an Option 2 Texas retail electric provider certificate

Option 2 REPs are limited to serving customers 1 MW and larger which provide an affidavit agreeing to such service

Evans previously served as principal at a full-service engineering, architecture, construction, environmental and consulting solutions firm, with Evans focused on energy and facility markets including Transmission & Distribution, Oil & Gas, Water, and Facilities. Evans has served in project management, overseeing planning, design and construction of over $2B in electrical and oil & gas infrastructure projects, and has also held commercial and operational roles

Andy Deck serves as Chief Commercial Officer of HiVolt Energy. Deck previously served as CEO, President, and in other senior leadership roles at various midstream companies

Affiliate HiVolt Power I, LLC also filed a registration as a power generation company for a 12 MW fossil fuel generator in Reagan County, Texas, with no interconnecting TSP
