Bright Power, Inc., a manager of energy and water for real estate owners, announced, "an exclusive green electricity program for its commercial clients," in partnership with MyRate Energy, under which residential tenants will be offered the opportunity to select service from MyRate Energy

"Any building that has worked with Bright Power in New York can now offer their residents green electricity at an exclusive rate," Bright Power said

In New York, offers include fixed rates of 12, 24, or 36 months with renewable energy that is at least 50% greater [percentage points] than the applicable Tier 1 Load Serving Entity (LSE) obligation under the Renewable Energy Standard (RES) for any given year. As stated on a sign-up page for the Bright Power program, a customer charge of $0.25/day is applicable in certain service areas, including ConEd. Savings are not guaranteed
