Newly Created LLC Applies To Be New York ESCO

Platinum Energy1, LLC, an LLC created in March 2022, submitted to the New York PSC a retail access application form to serve as an ESCO
Nearly the entirety of Platinum Energy1, LLC's filing was redacted in the public version of the filing
Matthew Lanfear (spelled as Matthew Lanfer [sic] in one document) serves as CEO of Platinum Energy1, LLC
Platinum Energy1, LLC's original articles of organization, from March 2022, indicated that the office of the LLC was located in Suffolk County. Although the address was redacted in a copy of such articles filed publicly with the PSC, Suffolk County would be the same county in which a separate, currently eligible ESCO, Platinum Energy, LLC has a registered office, per its latest PSC annual filing (several unofficial online business directories which show the NY Dept of State specific DOS ID of Platinum Energy1, LLC further indicate that its address, or its service of process address, was the same as the office address of Platinum Energy, LLC, as well as electrical/HVAC/plumbing company Platinum Energy Group, which uses the web domain 1energygroup.com, but EnergyChoiceMatters.com could not verify if this information was correct at any point)
In September, Platinum Energy1, LLC filed a change in its County and Service of Process with the NY Dept of State. Although the contents of such filing were not immediately available, the DOS site now reflects Platinum Energy1, LLC's county as Erie, not Suffolk
