Notable among the winning bidders is Tidal Energy Marketing (U.S.) L.L.C.
Due to the confidential nature of bidding, while Tidal may have participated in past Illinois SOS procurements, it does not appear Tidal, under such name, had previously won any supply in the procurements, or at least in any recent procurements.
