Texas PUC Designates Non-Volunteer POLRs For 2023-24

The Texas Public Utility Commission has designated retail electric providers as the non-volunteer POLRs (Large Service Providers or LSPs) for the 2023-24 term, by service area and customer class, while also approving volunteer POLRs (VREPs)
The PUC adopted without modification the POLR list in Attachment 1 to Commission Staff's Revised Recommendation on Final Disposition filed on October 3, 2022.
