Some Winning Prices In PECO Default Service Auction Exceed $100/MWh

PECO has posted results from its September 2022 procurement of a portion of electric default service supplies for various periods through 2024.
PECO's procurement resulted in weighted average winning bid prices ($/MWh) as follows. All products listed below were fixed-price full requirements
Although the products are not exactly comparable due to different delivery terms, a March 2022 auction at PECO for default service supplies, generally for terms June 2022–May 2023 or June 2022–May 2024 had resulted in winning prices in the $66-74/MWh range
