Former Staffer To Chair Of Senate Consumer Protection Committee Among Those Confirmed To Pennsylvania PUC

Stephen M. DeFrank and Kathryn L. Zerfuss have been confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate to be Commissioners at the Pennsylvania PUC
PUC Commissioner John F. Coleman Jr. has also been confirmed for another term
DeFrank spent 24 years of his career in Pennsylvania state government, including time with the Senate of Pennsylvania, where he served as chief of staff/executive director to Senator Lisa M. Boscola, Democratic chair of the Senate Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure Committee.
DeFrank also worked as a government relations professional at a law office
DeFrank's term will expire on April 1, 2025.
Zerfuss previously served as deputy secretary for legislative affairs at the Office of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, D. Zerfuss has also served as Director Of Legislative Affairs at several state agencies, and as a committee staffer at the legislature
Zerfuss's term will expire on April 1, 2026.
Coleman's new term expires April 1, 2027.
