Update: Retail Supplier Acquiring More Customers In Additional State Through Assignment From Another Supplier

Josco Energy USA, LLC is assigning its Ohio electric and natural gas customers to Median Energy Corp
EnergyChoiceMatters.com was first to report earlier this month that Josco was assigning its Maryland electric and gas customers to Median
In Ohio, Josco will be assigning 623 residential
electricity supply customer contracts to Median. These customers are located in the service territories of American Electric Power
Duke Energy Ohio, Cleveland Electric Illuminating, Ohio Edison, and Toledo Edison
Josco will be assigning 912 residential Ohio
natural gas supply customer contracts to Median. These customers are located in the service territories of Columbia Gas of Ohio,
Dominion Energy Ohio, and Duke Energy Ohio
Median will assume Josco’s contracts as they stand and,
accordingly, customers will experience no change in terms or conditions for the duration of their
contracts. Josco does not apply fees for customers who leave prior to the end of their contract, and
Median will honor this provision as well.
