Change In Start Date For ERCOT Units Changing To Seasonal Status

ERCOT issued a Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation (NCGRD) for the units: City of Garland (SPNCER_SPNCE_4) and (SPNCER_SPNCE_5)
The NCGRD indicates that as of October 24, 2022, these resources, that had previously indicated a change to a Seasonal Operation Period, will change their start date of the Seasonal Operation Period from March 1 to April 2.
