Texas PUC Staff File Proposed Registration Form For Aggregated Distributed Energy Resources (ADERs)
The following story is brought free of charge to readers by EC Infosystems, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
Staff of the Texas PUC have filed a proposed registration form for Aggregated Distributed Energy Resources (ADERs), under a pilot program
See background on the pilot here
The form asks registering entities to list the company serving as their QSE
It also asks whether the ADERs are part of a retail electric provider (e.g. a REP's load), or part of a non opt-in entity (NOIE load)
As previously reported, participation in the pilot must be done through the customer's LSE (REP or NOIE), and all load of a specific aggregation must have the same LSE (same REP)
