New York ESCO Withdraws From Market

ESCO New York Industrial Energy Buyers stated in a New York PSC filing that, "New York Industrial Energy Buyers, LLC hereby withdraws from NYS electric market as energy service
company in New York State. As of October 31st, New York Industrial Energy Buyers withdrawn from the New
York Independent System Operator as energy service company effective October 31st, 2022."
In a recent FERC filing, New York Industrial Energy Buyers (NYIEB) stated, "In July 2022, NYIEB had no active customers in the New York electric market, it no longer requires
market-based rates."
