RPower LLC filed to relinquish its Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate

RPower stated that it never served customers under the REP certificate

RPower is a provider of Resilience-as-a-Service (RaaS), which includes turn-key on-site back-up generation and other power solutions. RPower also offers to run the generator at various times throughout the year to help customers avoid price spikes and delivery charges (4CP pricing).
