Texas REP Files To Relinquish Certificate After Book Sale Earlier This Year

Infuse Energy filed to relinquish its Option 1 Texas REP certificate
As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, Infuse Energy sold its entire book of business to NRG Energy in February 2022, with the final customer being
transitioned in July 2022.
"Infuse has not served any customers or entities in Texas since that time ... [and] Infuse Energy does not plan to serve any customers in
the future under this license," the company said
