bp completed its purchase of Archaea Energy Inc., a provider of renewable natural gas (RNG)
The acquisition of Archaea Energy Inc. included Archaea's subsidiary Collegiate Clean Energy, LLC. Archaea had only acquired Collegiate Clean Energy, a competitive retail electric service provider and aggregator in Virginia, earlier this year
