The following story is brought free of charge to readers by VertexOne, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
Provision Power and Gas, LLC recently returned its natural gas customers in Pennsylvania to default service.
"Given natural gas market conditions, Provision began transferring [Pennsylvania] natural gas
customers to default service during 2022," Provision said in a filing with the Pennsylvania PUC
Provision had served residential and commercial customers in Pennsylvania
Stating that, "Provision has concluded that it no longer is able to provide natural gas supplier
services in Pennsylvania given market conditions," Provision requested that its natural gas supplier license in Pennsylvania be withdrawn
Provision Power and Gas appears to still offer natural gas and electricity service in other states
