of StateWise Energy Ohio LLC as of December 16, 2022.
Previously, SFE Energy Inc. held a "majority interest" in StateWise Energy
Ohio LLC
Additionally, StateWise Energy
Ohio LLC reported that Robert Gibb
has been appointed to the Board of Directors of StateWise Energy
Ohio LLC, following the resignation of Joseph M. Armstrong from the board.
The changes do not affect StateWise's operations in Ohio nor do they have a significant impact
on the conduct of the StateWise’s business in Ohio, the company said
