PUC Issues For Public Comment $92,500 Settlement With Retail Supplier

As part of its customary process for consideration of settlements, the Pennsylvania PUC issued for public comment a settlement between Great American Power, LLC ('GAP' or 'Company') and the PUC's Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement ('I&E') under which Great American Power, LLC would pay $92,500, and has agreed to a one-year moratorium of telemarketing through third-party vendors
