Retail Energy Veteran Leading New Start-up New York ESCO

Start-up Electree LLC filed a retail access application form for eligibility as an ESCO in New York.
In an officer certification form filed with the PSC, Kevin Engelman is listed as President of Electree LLC
Kevin Engelman has previously been identified in PSC filings as COO of Mayflower Power & Gas LLC, and filed, on behalf of Mayflower, Mayflower's annual ESCO update in January 2023
Electree LLC sought authorization to serve all customer classes, including mass market customers.
In an RAAF, Electree LLC indicated that it would offer mass market customers a guaranteed savings product and fixed-below-cap offer
In the RAAF, Electree LLC did not check a box indicating that it would offer mass market customers a compliant renewable product, but it did file as part of its application a sample "Renewable Electric Energy Mass Market SALES AGREEMENT."
