Duquesne Light filed with the Pennsylvania PUC the default service supply rates for the periods beginning June 1, 2023

The default service supply rate, or supply charge, reflects generation supply only, unlike the official Prices to Compare which also reflect transmission and the state tax adjustment surcharge. Official new PTCs have not yet been posted

For residential customers (Rate Schedules RS, RH and RA) the standard Duquesne Light default supply charge will be 9.1956 cents per kWh for the period June 1, 2023 through November 30, 2023, which is 4% higher than the current charge of 8.8349 cents per kWh

For Small Commercial and Industrial customers (Rate Schedules GS/GM and GMH under 25 kW) the standard Duquesne Light default supply charge will be 9.6123 cents per kWh for the period June 1, 2023 through November 30, 2023, which is nearly 13% higher than the current charge of 8.5288 cents per kWh

The standard supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers (25-200 kW, Rate Schedules GS/GM and GMH) at Duquesne Light will be 8.4160 cents per kWh for the period June 1, 2023 through August 31, 2023, which is 16% lower than the current charge of 10.0237 cents per kWh
